She has experience in driving large regulatory and operations projects, amending and creating legislation and guidance in the public and environmental health space, approving new therapeutic goods, undertaking post-market reviews of listed products, and providing strategic advice to businesses.

Nosheen Hameed | SENIOR CONSULTANT
Nosheen is a seasoned Regulatory and Quality Compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Based in Melbourne, she has a strong background in managing regulatory submissions, quality assurance, compliance and pharmacovigilance for pharmaceuticals and medical devices across various global markets, including the USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia-Pacific regions. Nosheen holds a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management and a B-Pharmacy degree.
Throughout her career, she has held significant roles in renowned companies such as Seqirus Australia, GSK, Sigma Pharmaceutical and Catalent Australia, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership, project management, and technical skills. Her expertise includes successful regulatory submissions, implementation of quality management systems, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve compliance and operational excellence. Nosheen is also a trained Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma leader, known for her ability to drive efficiency and cost reduction in production processes.

Tory Christensen | Senior Consultant
With over 12 years of experience in regulation, Tory has established a career characterised by a strong commitment to public health and safety. He began his government career in health policy, focusing on public health policy and system-wide improvements to procedures. Tory’s work has played a crucial role in improving the well-being of communities. He is highly experienced in the regulation of food and can support businesses in ensuring their products and systems comply with local and federal law. He brings on the job experience, having been an ACT Food and Environmental Health inspector. His expertise in system reviews expanded into central government agencies where he worked as Chief Information Officer. Tory holds a Bachelor of Natural Science (Environment and Health).

As a seasoned project management and governance expert, Tory specialises in navigating the complexities of digital transformation, ensuring robust governance frameworks and effective project execution. As a Nutrition Advisor, Mina collaborates closely with developers to ensure their products are nutritionally sound, scientifically backed, and optimally dosed. She focuses on ingredient synergy, bioavailability, and functionality, ensuring that active ingredients work together effectively for maximum efficacy.
Her approach bridges the gap between science and consumer needs, aligning formulations with both market demands and regulatory standards. Through her expertise, she supports brands in developing high-quality therapeutic goods that stand out in the industry.

Anusha Swarna | Research Analyst
Anusha is an experienced scientific editor and regulatory specialist with a Master of Pharmacy and a strong background in medical editing, pharmacology analysis and regulatory affairs. Over the years, she has worked with leading organisations, including Indegene, OMICS International, SPi Global Technologies and Tech Mahindra, contributing to scientific content development, regulatory documentation and data analysis.
Her expertise includes editing and proofreading scientific and marketing materials, regulatory labelling (FDA, EMA), and medical research data curation. Passionate about ensuring scientific accuracy and clarity, she thrives in collaborative environments where attention to detail and regulatory precision are paramount.
