The TGA has released a decision tree to help sponsors identify the information that must be included when advertising a therapeutic good. This information can help you to ensure compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
The decision tree asks a series of mostly yes no questions that also include background information about each of the questions. Once you have answered all the relevant questions, you are provided with a list of requirements which must be met.
The decision tree is simple and does not provide you with a comprehensive list of all the requirements that must be met. However; it does provide a starting point and indication of the minimum requirements.
You can access the decision tree here. We would love to hear what you think of the decision tree.
